Contact Points

You can obtain Toll&More services at Contact Points located in the main economic centres (primarily in the regional capitals of the Czech Republic and Slovakia). The Contact Points staff provide for communication with vehicle operators in the official language of the country in which they are based.

  • Provision of information about the Toll&More product and services provided;
  • Conclusion, modification, and termination of the Contract in the Post-Paid mode (invoice) and the Pre-Paid mode (payment in advance);
  • Issue, replacement, and return of the EETS OBU;
  • Receipt of submissions regarding damage and loss of EETS OBUs, complaints for Services, or billed prices of Services;
  • Receipt of applications to create access and to reset the password for access into the Customer Zone;
  • Prepayment of Credit on the vehicle operator’s prepaid account

Distribution Points

You can obtain Toll&More services at Distribution Points located at important border points in the Czech Republic and Slovakia adjacent to the neighbouring countries. The staff at Distribution Points communicate with vehicle operators in the official language of their respective countries.
Distribution Points provide the following services for vehicle operators:

  • Issue, replacement, and return of EETS OBUs
  • Adding credit to a vehicle operator’s prepaid account

Customer Centre

The Customer Centre is designed for telephone and written communication between the vehicle operator and the Provider regarding the services associated with the Toll&More product.

The Customer Centre staff communicates with vehicle operators in Czech, Slovak, and English. This communication can be via telephone, emails sent to the Provider’s email address, or physical correspondence sent to the correspondence address specified in the Contract.

The Customer Centre provides the following Services for vehicle operators:

  • Information about the Toll&More product and the Services provided;
  • Receives notice of termination of the Contract in written form;
  • Receives submissions regarding the damage and loss of EETS OBUs, complaints regarding the Services or the billing thereof;
  • Receives requests to create access to the Customer Zone and to reset the password for access to the Customer Zone;

Customer Zone

The Customer Zone is designed for telephone and written communication between vehicle operators and the Provider regarding services related to the Toll&More product. The Customer Zone can be accessed from any internet-connected electronic device.

The following Services are provided for vehicle operators and vehicle drivers through the Customer Zone:

  • Completing identification and contact details for the vehicle operator and relevant vehicle information as part of the Contract process;
  • Finalising the Contract;
  • Receiving notifications about updates to the vehicle operator’s details specified in the Contract, including requests to adjust the billing and maturity periods under the Post-Paid mode;
  • Amending the Contract and adjusting the scope of provided services;
  • Submitting a bank guarantee or a deed of guarantee under the Post-Paid mode;
  • Accessing account documents, including invoices and electronic statements of toll transactions;
  • Submitting reports regarding damage or loss of EETS OBUs, as well as complaints related to services or invoiced prices;
  • Prepayment of credit on the vehicle operator’s prepaid account;
