What are cookies?
Cookies are text files of minimal size containing settings for selected parameters used on the website. They are stored in a folder on the computer/device that uses a web browser. They are used when you revisit the web portal or browse the website, where the browser can reload them and send them to the web portal. A web user who has consented to the receipt and processing of cookies in his/her web browser and is browsing the web portal/website hereby agrees to the cookies’ use, processing, and storage.

What cookies do we use?
We use cookies on the web portal to improve basic functions (e.g. pre-filling forms, saving personal settings, logging in as a registered user, etc.) and cookies from third-party service providers such as Google Analytics (e.g. for data search and analysis and visitor tracking). These services are used on the web portal because they are useful and secure and also improve the usability and ergonomics of the web portal.

These are tools without which you cannot use our services (e.g. they are necessary for the correct display of our website/functions that you want to use). They cannot be disabled.

Analytical cookies:
Analytical cookies are collected on our website using a script from Google lnc., which subsequently anonymises this data. Following the anonymisation, personal data is no longer available because anonymised cookies cannot be assigned to a specific user or person. We work exclusively with cookies in anonymised form. Therefore, we cannot determine from cookies how a particular user has behaved on our website (what pages they have visited, etc.)

Privacy protection
The use and handling of cookies on the website is in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”) and other legislation governing the processing and protection of personal data. In the event that the user has provided some of his/her personal data when accessing the web portal, this data will be treated in accordance with applicable legislation.
