Our philosophy is to be as close as possible to our customers. Registration can be completed using cutting-edge methods, including applications and channels such as the Customer Zone. However, for carriers who prefer a personal approach, we also have friendly and well-trained staff at Points of Sale located in major economic centres of the Czech and Slovak Republic and at important border crossings between the two countries. No other EETS Provider provides a similar scale of Points of Sale locations in Central and Eastern Europe.

Our standard service in the Customer Zone includes displaying the current location of a vehicle. The vehicle's position is shown for all EU countries (not just for activated toll domains) when the OBU is connected to the vehicle's power supply or when the OBU battery is recharging.

A team of trained Customer Service Line staff can deal with any requirements or queries. Communication is provided in Czech, Slovak, or English.

Registered customers have complete access to their account status after logging into the Customer Zone. All documents, including tax documents, direct communication with the Service Provider, and vehicle location information, can be conveniently found in one place.

In addition to the standard service of picking up/returning OBUs at a Point of Sale, the Toll&More product enables delivery of OBUs directly to the customer's designated address.
